Return Policy

At AMAYA™, your satisfaction is our priority.

✅ Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order if you change your mind.

Conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, and unopened

  • Packaging must be intact and complete

  • Returns must include the order number

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at amayaglow@proton.me with your order number.

  2. Return the product to the address provided by our support team.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of defective products or seller error).

💳 Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

❌ Non-Eligible Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for refunds.
